I’m a certified Nutrition Consultant specialising in pregnancy, postpartum women and babies, a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, a wellness coach with the Healthstyle Emporium and a PDHPE teacher with a Bachelors degree in Human Movement and Health Education.

I have always been passionate about health and all things natural, although it wasn’t until I had my first baby that a true fire was lit within me and my passion for nourishing mamas and making an income online started to flourish.
