What most coaches don't understand is that a mothers health has so many layers, for a mother to truly thrive we must take into account all areas of her life.

We are going to go deep over these 14 weeks. I have a unique approach where we will work together to break down and rebuild each/most areas of your life using what I call The wheel of life for mothers. A holistic approach to a mothers health. When we become mums our whole life and identity changes. We go through a transition called matrescence, the transition from maiden to mother, like adolescents, is the physical, psychological and emotional changes that occur; however, in this case it happens after a woman gives birth.

What most coaches don't understand is that a mothers health has so many layers, it's not as easy as just changing your diet and exercising more. In order for a mother to truly thrive we must take into account all areas including her new purpose in motherhood, her home life, mum guilt, sex and intimacy, finances and everything else that I have included in the The wheel of life for mothers (pictured)

  • Personalised health plan, goal setting and result focused habits

  • Resources we (you and I are in this together) feel is needed like podcasts, books, accountability tracker etc If you are local to me the option do have extras like shopping trips, pantry audits, smoothie classes at an additional cost

  • 4 X 1:1 60-70 min calls (weeks 1, 4, 8, 11) or option to not have a call and just have voice message chats

  • Weekly check ins

  • Accountability

  • Message support daily (Monday- Friday) 

  • Learn how to make yourself a priority and put yourself first

For my pregnant mums, early postpartum mums and breastfeeding mums we will also discuss nutrient requirements and holistic practices for a healthy pregnancy, postpartum recovery, supporting milk supply, and nutrition to support the growth of bub.
