I have a unique approach where we will work together to break down and rebuild each/most areas of your life using what I call The wheel of life for mothers. A holistic approach to a mothers health. When we become mums our whole life and identity changes. We go through a transition called matrescence, the transition from maiden to mother, like adolescents, is the physical, psychological and emotional changes that occur; however, in this case it happens after a woman gives birth.
What most coaches don't understand is that a mothers health has so many layers, it's not as easy as just changing your diet and exercising more. In order for a mother to truly thrive we must take into account all areas including her new purpose in motherhood, her home life, mum guilt, sex and intimacy, finances and everything else that I have included in the The wheel of life for mothers (pictured)
During the 16 weeks I’m going to take you through my 3 step process to radically thriving health
Using The wheel of life for mothers. A holistic approach to a mothers health we will identify where the issue lies, what areas of life are you struggling with, unsatisfied with or you have not been educated on.
We will work out what you actually want for your life and your health. What do you want your health to look and feel like? What's your goal and vision for yourself, your life and your health? If you don't have a goal or a vision, you aren't going to do shit! You're not going to make the changes, you'll just find an excuse to not do the thing. We need to figure it out!
We will work on the lowest hanging fruit first and change one thing at a time, not everything at once this will just overwhelm you, we need to ake this sustainable. Once you complete the Wheel Of Life activity and know your goals we will come up with a plan suitable for your needs and lifestyle to change your habits, mindset and get you the health and life you actually want.
