I have created a unique approach to a mothers health called The wheel of life for mothers. A holistic approach to a mothers health. Within Mum School you will have access to resources, lessons, education and activities for each area of health to help TEACH you how to be a mother who puts herself first instead of just expecting you to know how to do it and making you feel bad for not being that mum! But that's not all, each month there will be a live education and coaching call from various experts who are going to help you navigate the complexities of motherhood.
