This program was born from my own journey in 2024

Then May came. And I drew a line in the sand.

I started with one thing: Charli’s sleep. I stopped feeding her to sleep, started rocking her instead (pure torture for a few weeks), but eventually — she started sleeping through. And so did I.
That was the spark.
From there, I committed to me.

  • I went back to the gym — not for the workout, but for the alone time

  • I started learning about masculine and feminine energy — and doing the work to shift into my feminine

  • I took mindset courses

  • I got my Human Design chart read

  • I devoured podcasts and books on astrology, identity, purpose, motherhood

  • I made self-care a non-negotiable, every single day

  • I did a 10-day detox with Juice Plus and reset my body

  • I finally stopped making excuses and committed to meditating. By the end of the year, I had 148 days in a row

  • I shifted my belief from “my family is my number one priority” to “I am my number one priority”

I did the deep inner work.
I examined my thoughts, my conditioning, my stories, my habits.
I stopped hiding behind the health “hacks” and actually looked at myself.

By the end of 2024, I didn’t even recognise myself — in the best way possible.

I was alive. Passionate. Confident. Radiant. Connected. Lit the fuck up.

That year cracked me open in every way — identity, health, motherhood, and life.

I had Charli in September 2023, and by the time 2024 rolled around, I was out of the fourth trimester and smack bang in a whole new phase of motherhood… one that shook me to my core.

I thought I’d done this before. I’d had Paige. I’d adjusted. But this time — it hit different.
This was my deepest matrescence yet.
My biggest identity shift. My hardest season.

And even though I was “doing all the right things” — moving my body, eating well, staying hydrated — I wasn’t thriving.

Let me paint you a picture of where I was:

  • I wasn’t sleeping more than 4–5 hours a night. My mental health spiralled.

  • I hated my body. I felt weak, uncomfortable, and disconnected from myself.

  • None of my clothes fit. And even the ones that did? They didn’t feel like me anymore.

  • I had no idea what I liked, who I was, or what I wanted. I felt like a shell of the woman I used to be.

  • I was terrified of raising two daughters because I didn’t feel confident, secure, or strong myself.

  • I loved my business, but I felt lost in it — unsure where I was heading, or who I was leading.

  • I was stuck in masculine energy just to survive — and it put a huge strain on my marriage. Josh and I were like two magnets pushing each other away.

  • I was snappy. Even at my newborn. I’d scream into a pillow just to release the pressure.

  • I’d whisper to myself, night after night, “I hate this. I can’t do this anymore.”

I was living on the hamster wheel.
I had the dream — the sexy husband, the house, the kids, the business, the life…
And yet I felt blah.

And the worst part? I felt so fucking guilty for feeling that way.
