This isn't just some other nutrition or weightloss program for mums, and I ain't gonna be telling you to drink more water, you know that you need to drink water. By the end of the 16 weeks you’ll have so much confidence, feel so sexy in your body, have so much energy and give so little fucks about what others think you’ll be cartwheeling down the main street of town naked

This is for the mum who is doing all the "right things" but still feels kinda blah and knows there is more out there for her than the life she's living!

She knows it's possible to have more energy, more confidence, more passion, more sex, more calm, more everything! 

What most coaches wont tell you and don’t understand is that for a mum to feel healthy, lit up, passionate and sexy we need more than just exercise and nutrition. We can't just go for a walk everyday and eat our veg and expect mums to suddenly feel good about themselves. 

What I understand and have experienced first hand is that when we become mums we go through a transition from maiden to mother called matrescence. Matrescence like adolescents is the physical, psychological and emotional changes that occur; however, in this case it happens after a woman gives birth. It’s the period of transition from maiden to mother, her brain literally changes, and happens after each birth.

A mothers likes and dislikes may change, her priorities change, her interest in her work and hobbies may change, her fashion and body image may change and she may not recognise herself anymore. Many mothers report feeling as though they don't know who they are anymore, their old life and self feel distant and foreign to her. 

So I'm not just going to write a nutrition plan and send you on your way. 

From the work I've done with many mums and from my own journey there are 4 key themes I’ve noticed and 4 main areas that I focus on, beyond just food and exercise. 

  1. If you don't know who you are, your identity as a mum, what you want, what you like or where you are headed you're not going to move, you're not going to stick to your health and life goals. So the first place we start is Rediscover yourself: from maiden to mother

  2. It can take up to 2 years to recover from birth and it can take 10 years to replenish lost nutrients especially ones like omegas, calcium, zinc, iron, magnesium, vitamin A which your body will take from your stores to give to your baby- this is what we need to focus on first, postpartum depletion before we worry about your salads for lunch. Then optimize your diet for more energy because most people are missing the point of nutrition, it's not to lose weight, it's to nourish our body. Then because I know how hard it is as a mum, we focus on practical tips and actions to nourish yourself and not just your kids, no more separate meals leaving you to eat the leftovers or not at all cos you now are too tired and have no time to make your own food. 

  3. I'm going to teach you how to remain calm within the chaos of motherhood. Because exercise isn't going to help you if you are stuck deep in the web of a fried nervous system, stuck in fight or flight, from all the noise, lack of sleep, never getting a moment to yourself. Practical ways to mastering your nervous system and stress.

  4. The big one that many mums lose and forget to focus on and lose once they have their babies - the radiant you, the confident and feminine you. Here we are going deep into self love, sexy energy, feminine energy, confidence to show up as the most radiant and sexy you

This program was born from my own journey in 2024

I went back to the gym instead of doing workouts at home, so I could have more alone time

I started reading and learning about masculine and feminine energy and worked HARD on getting out of my masculine and into my feminine. 

I did a number of mindset courses  

I had my Human Design read to learn more about my innate gifts and personality, and listened to many podcasts 

I started practicing gratitude daily 

I read a book and listened to many podcasts on astrology to learn about my natal chart and who I am on a deeper level 

I made self care DAILY a priority 

I did a hard 10 day detox (my partner program with Juice Plus)

I cut my BS excuses and started meditating, 3 times I hit 15-20 days and would lose my streak skipping a day. By the end of 2024 I was up to 148 days in a row 

I shifted my mindset from- my family is my number one priority to, I am my number one priority. 

I did the hard stuff, the deep internal work, changed my conditioning, looked at my thoughts and habits and went beyond the basic health tips and hacks, I took a good hard look at myself!

By the end of 2024 I was a completely different person, I had changed in ways I have never imagined, and I was more lit up and passionate than ever before.

From my journey and from my passion to help other mums cut through the BS story that being a mum means letting yourself go, being stressed, burnt out, tired and uninspired The Radiant Mum Reset was born!

2024 for me came the biggest shift in identity, health and life than ever before. I had Charli in September 2023 so by the time 2024 came around I was exiting in the 4th trimester and entering into a new phase of motherhood.

And with that life took me for a fucking ride with my biggest shift in identity, matresence, than I’d ever been though before, more so than when I had Paige.

I was doing all the “right things”, moving, eating well, hydrating etc but I still wasn't thriving. 

I started the year off not sleeping more than 4-5 hrs a night which affected my mental health

I hated my body, I felt gross, weak and uncomfortable

I hated my clothes, they didn't fit and they weren't ‘me’ anymore 

I didn't know what I liked anymore, who I was beyond ‘mum’

I was terrified of being a mum of 2 girls because how the hell was I going to raise strong, independent, confident and secure girls when I wasn't that mum

I loved my business but I was lacking direction because I wasn't sure who I was

I was stuck in my masculine energy out of survival but because of this it meant that Josh and I most definitely were not on the same page and were like 2 magnets repelling each other 

I would snap at Paige and Charli even though she was just a new born, I would honestly lose my shit and scream into a pillow

I repeated daily and ALOT in the middle of the night when up with Charli “I hate this, I can’t do it anymore” 

I was lost, living on the hamster wheel.

I had every thing I ever wanted, the sexy husband, the kids, the dogs, the business, the life, the house and I still felt ‘blah’... and I felt so fucking guilty about it! 

May came along and I decided things had to change, I started with Charli’s sleep. I stopped feeding her to sleep and began the endless rocking. After a few weeks of torture we got there and I got a full night's sleep! 

Then I worked on myself.
